Job Description :
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategy in consultation with the digital marketing agency
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on that
- Manage existing channels including regular updates of products, prices and communicate with the RM's of the various channels
- Identify new channels/portals for listing
- Manage responses from customers on various social media platforms, channels and website
- Website analytics
- Strong analytical capability to evaluate end to end customer experience
- Update lead tracker and follow up done with the customer basis the lead tracker
- Preparing search engine ranking and traffic reports to assess areas of potential improvement.
- Ongoing monitoring, tracking, and reporting website traffic including trend analysis using site analytics solutions such as Google Analytics
