Position Name - Assistant Manager/ Manager - Digital Marketing
Job description:
1. Create high-quality original written and visual content for a social media campaign.
2. Understand how to measure the success of campaigns.
3. Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
4. Define most important social media KPIs
5. Measure the success of every social media campaign
6. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
7. Increase followers and likes on all the relevant social media channels
8. Plan and schedule social media posts on various social media channels
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of strong experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in Technology / FMCG brands
- Facebook Blueprint Certification (Planning)
- Must have a demonstrated sensibility for creating premium social media campaigns for millennial audiences
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good-To-Have
- Ability to work across teams, manage project & multi-task with attention to detail.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification (Buying)
- Proficiency in using analytics- tools like Google Analytics, to set up & track acquisition & conversion funnels
Desired Qualification - MBA
