The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation - identify potential customers
- Convert potential Customers to customers (including negotiation)
- Closure on terms in lease agreement and getting it registered
- Should have experience in office space leasing
- Excellent communication skills .
- Highly skilled in Sales, Commercial Leasing, Negotiations, Drafting of leave & license and sales agreements and other supporting documents, MIS, Market research, Execution of stamp duty payments, Registration of Leave &License and sales agreements, post sales and Leasing operations & support
- Key skills - Customer relationship management, Customer retention, Tenant management, Sales & lease management, Post sales & lease management, Documentation & MIS
- A thorough professional with a proactive attitude, energetic, self motivated, capable of executing new concepts, solutions and ideas etc.
- Stability and experience of working with good known companies is a must have.
