Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Lending - BFSI

Experience : 1+ year to 6 year

Job Role :

Managing an existing portfolio of accounts

- Leading and supervising Corporate Lending Team for over years.

- Responsible for providing end to end solutions including business development, credit appraisal, documentation, disbursement and post disbursement monitoring

- Assessment of credit requirements of corporates by analyzing their financials, industry dynamics, projected cash flows and structuring deals to suit the customer's requirements within permissible limits

- Sourcing new clients which have cross sell opportunities

- Preparing and monitoring budgets & MIS reports

- Coordination with other teams for business growth in cross sell

- Proactively identifying sticky accounts and proposing solutions to avoid credit loss

- Distinction of being among the first few to join the company

- Dynamically involved in initiating operations and preparing initial policy making including credit policy, legal documentation, tie up with legal & technical partners, etc.

- Attended company's board meetings & review meetings with promoters.

Salary offered: 16 - 20 LPA
