1.Key responsibilities:
- To provide clear, timely and consistent information to influence a disciplined approach to management of cost for the HR function.
- To ensure the forecasting process is robust and reflects the actual financial performance of the function.
- To provide the analysis around the financials which helps in decision making.
- To partner with the stakeholders to ensure that information is provided with a forward looking approach.
- To provide appropriate flash financials which helps the key stakeholders in decision making.
- To support in the investment financial reporting and forecasting process.
- To provide a meaningful headcount analysis to assist in managing the staff costs.
Client Relationships :
Enhance stakeholder Engagement & proactively providing the information to aid in managing the budgets.
Leverage the network more effectively.
Organizational Effectiveness :
- Raising the capabilities & competency within the team
- Strengthen partnership with Geographies.
- Enhance risk management capabilities and streamline processes
Ensure all risk related guidelines are adhered to at all times
4. People, Culture and Conduct:-
Raise the bar on conduct
Strengthen engagement and collaboration
To be a good team player and proactively respond to the needs of the stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or CA
- 8-10 years of experience in Banking, BPO, other MNCs
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications including advanced excel
- Good knowledge of General Ledger (GL) reporting processes is must
- Knowledge on banking systems such as PSGL, Pipeline etc will be an added advantage
