Integral part of Corporate Finance department, some of the key :

- Evaluate various Cost Benefit Analysis for various Good & Green projects

- Legal documentations for projects and CSR initiatives

- Evaluating various CSR projects from cost & benefit analysis

- Accounting & Taxation of various Family Members Entities (GFM)

- Banking & Investment activities of Family Members Entities (GFM)

- Other finance & accounting/reporting activities

Some of the key functions include :

- Analysis of various good & green projects and preparation of reports

- Discussion & completion of legal documentation of the projects

- Daily accounting MIS, Analytics, monthly and annual closure of accounts of Family Member entities.

- Completing the audits and various return filings of the same

- Managing daily cash flow, investment and other banking activities
