Qualification: MBA/Any Post Graduate
Experience: 2 Yrs-8 Yrs in Consumer Insights / Consumer Research / Market Insights / Market Research from any of the Business to Business / Business to Consumer sector.
Location: Mumbai
Job profile :
- Lead Consumer Insight work for the group as a whole and support the various consumer facing businesses in their consumer insight and brand development work to achieve better servicing of consumer wants and needs stronger consumer connect better competitive positions and thereby win market share and grow profitability- Managing significant Group consumer Insight projects.
- Consumer Insights in providing strategic leadership for this area through specialist knowledge and research /business understanding.
- Scope the projects per plan, working with the Business teams as well as with external partners so as to both achieve the segmentation/shape up the Top Down analysis while helping to analyse and hold workshops, focusing on sustainable & profitable growth.
- Set up processes in businesses during the Bottom Up mechanism customization, and develop business capability to scale up the same in the immediate future. This also involves identifying & managing culture issues, change-management, governance structure, etc. that go along with implementing truly customer-centric processes.
- Use learning from Project to develop overall Group know how & transfer best-practices to other businesses.
