Role Description : To be part of an Implementation team as Assistant Manager/Manager. The implementation team is responsible for post product delivery support to the clients.
Job Description :- Good communication and Presentation skills.
- Must be able to read the engineering drawing including red mark ups.
- Aware of the steps required for Pre-Commissioning and commissioning process for all discipline.
- Understand & Preparation the Project scope.
- Must have good knowledge of handover process.
- Ensure that the work is being executed in accordance specifications and instructions and monitor commissioning progress.
- Liaise with the client to ensure that all personnel have been adequately trained.
- Ensure project quality requirements are met.
- Working closely with the Client team to trained them & monitor the tail end of Project
- Identify specialist training requirements and develop training plan.
- Develop the training manuals & Videos
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide support to the end customer with respect to the software solution deployed on the project.

- Design Reviews, Risk Assessment, Value Engineering.

Technical Skill-set : - A minimum of 6+ years' experience in the mechanical, process, petrochemical or similar, industry.
- Commissioning Engineering Professional with extensive experience in the relevant industry Commissioning projects with a proven track record of planning, preparing and executing commissioning scopes and/or shut downs.
- A proven track record and demonstrable success in the management.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of construction and completions site requirements
- Good appreciation of quality management, materials control and contractual issues.
- Able to understand and review engineering / construction drawings.
- Able to develop good working relationships at all levels from field to management
- Experienced at working in a multicultural workforce environment.
- Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and a sound knowledge in relevant software
