Policy and Procedure Management:
- Understand existing policies and procedures (process maps) to ensure compliance for each geographical division.
Process Improvement:
- Establishing controls, checks and process improvements across the geography
Sales Team Co-Ordination:
- Co-ordinating with the sales team on commercial matters and extending guidance and support on commercial issues.
Training & Change Management:
- Communication, training and change management to ensure controls are embedded as a part of the daily work of the projects and user management.
Analytical support to the Zones:
- Analytical support to the zones in the geography.
Cross Functional Initiatives:
- Drive cross functional initiatives which require influencing & interpersonal skills.
Collection Compilation of Report:
- Compilation of collection plan & play an active role in follow-up for collections & interact with the distributors in cases of long over dues.
Linkage between Business & Shared Services:
- Act as a bridge between the business and shared services and lead towards closures and resolutions.
