Job Profile For :

Position : Collection Analytics

Designation : AM /Manager

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Gurgaon

Shift Timing : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing daily reporting and data analysis Company Level Reporting (Definitions, Process Modeling,Documentation, Accuracy and Single Truth Reporting).

- Analyze requirements and prioritize them on different parameters.

- Optimization/Monitoring/creation of new process of collection related activities.

- Business Process Modeling using Effective suite of application.

- Responsible for Department Level Processes & Analytical Support.

- Responsible for company future BI needs & automation of Process.

- Defined the process workflow for Work Order Inquiry and Work Order Release

Desired Profile :

- Minimum 5 years experience in industry

- Good Knowledge of SQL + Advance Excel + VBA (Optional) & willing to learn new tools.

- Good Knowledge of Process Creation/Modelling with UML.

- Capability to take Independent decisions & able to handle all situation.

- Able to handle a team and able to handle pressure.

- Communication + presentation skills, knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word.

- Good knowledge of Visio/Balsamic/BPMN/Power design/Astah.
