- Responsible for the Key Account Management & Client Servicing

- Responsible to understand all their digital marketing requirements including websites, microsites, social media, email marketing, campaigns and promotions, mobile etc.

- Understand client's business and domain challenges and provide strategic direction for their digital needs

- Analyze and understand the client mandates in terms of their business objectives.

- Effectively position company's service offerings with a focus on consistent client retention.

- Research and keep client updated on emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media and counsel and recommend to clients as appropriate.

- Responsible for post sales interaction with the clients and improve account profitability.

- Responsible to identify and pursue opportunities with existing clients where we can provide digital services and expertise.

- Interacting with the clients at a variety of levels and across functions and experience of scoping for different digital projects with them.

- Main point of contact for clients - oversee ongoing work and new assignments on a day-to-day basis.

- Responsible to communicate digital design briefs effectively to internal design/development teams.

- Responsible to manage designated projects/campaigns on a day-to-day basis ensuring that approved design and technical solutions are executed to the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines
