About the Client Our client is recognized offshore business Services Company in the expansion mode

Position : Assistant Manager Client Engagement/Manager Client Engagement

Qualification : MBA-Finance/International Business & Marketing

Work Location : Bangalore

Experience :

Mandatory Skills Functional knowledge in the following areas :

- Investment management

- Wealth planning products

- Managing HNW clients portfolio(preferable)

- Investment management

- Financial products in international markets

- Wide range of relevant laws and corporate secretarial practice

Role & Responsibilities :

- Liaise with administrators to ensure delivery.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the service

- Meet the set targets

- Find creative solutions to client problems, discuss with delivery manager

- Increasing revenues and billings from new and existing clients, through cross selling of new products and enhanced usage of existing products and services

- Ongoing contact with clients to ensure their overall satisfaction, which may include providing training to clients regarding the purchased products

- Marketing of new products to clients

- Execute business plans and statistical analyses of current clients to promote business grow

- Fostering relationship by actively pursuing new opportunities for existing clients

- Leveraging existing client relationships to get references to convert new clients.

- Communicating with Relationship manager with respect to sales objectives, sales performance and other factors

- Answering client questions regarding products or services and resolving complaints or issues the clients have

- Updating colleagues on new client strategies for products and services

- Very good Excel Skills

Salary range - 12-20 LPA
