- Leads generation & setting-up of meetings with Mid-sized and Large Corporate having forex exposures
- Attending meetings & pitching/briefing on FX Product Offerings from the Company
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generating marketing ideas with the help of seniors and colleagues
- Coordination with KYC Consulting Team, for Legal Docs
Skill Set :
Looking for candidates with excellent forex market and fx product understanding, communication skills and understanding of the sales process. Ability to work under pressure in a highly target oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Functional Responsibilities Getting new clients
- Assisting clients with initial on boarding
- Generating client specific ideas with the help of seniors and colleagues
- Maintaining MIS of the Clients (Exposure, Open positions, Returns generated)
- Collection of receivable from clients (Advisory fees, mark to market)
- Increasing the clients wallet share for the Companies.
Job Requirements :
Qualifications - MBA
Experience - 2-6 years
- Functional Competencies Knowledge of Financial Markets (Currency Market, Forwards, Futures and Options Strategies)
- Knowledge to International trade products (Buyers Credit, Packing credit, Letter of credit, Business Banking)
- Knowledge computer, Office applications, with good communication skills
- Knowledge of the Market Targeted (Geography, Demography)
- Behavioral Competencies Convincing & Negotiation skills (Negotiating with clients on advisory fees, Brokerage). Engaging with clients on pricing.
- Keeping in mind clients turnover and services provided)
- Communication skills
- Inter-personal skills
Key Interactions :
- Internal Nature or purpose of interaction
- Institutional operations For onboarding of clients
- Servicing of clients ( Raising Brokerage Forms, Getting Ledger Balances of clients)
- IE Risk For knowing mark to market positions of the clients (during volatile times)
- Activation of clients on terminal
- Intra Team For devising strategies. For getting trade ideas. Knowledge and best practices sharing. Focus on seminars.
- Other Teams (Global Wealth, Investment Banking) For getting references (leads) for business

- Exchanges Interacting with Business development teams of Exchanges for getting references for business
- Clients Business Development, Servicing
- Trade Associations For arranging seminars, presentations, getting leads
Salary Offered : 10 LPA to max 30 LPA
