Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The candidate is responsible for planning and implementing Campus Recruitment for the Company in all premier/reputed institutes across the country.
- Exploring the market's best practices in Campus hiring and inculcating these practises in the system.
- Manage the End to End Campus recruitment process and life-cycle, including candidate assessments, interviews, compensation discussions, offers and interfacing with the Management of the Campus.
- Redesigning processes & developing automated system pertaining to Campus Recruitment and /or Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge & Skills Required :
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience into Talent Acquisition specialising in Campus hiring across reputed institutes in the country.
- Ability to flex with changed business priorities and think strategically.
- Pleasing Personality
