Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Intelligence - Healthcare

A Business Intelligence job opportunity for passionate professionals who will be responsible for end-end project management, client management and team management. You will be SPOC for all the escalations and will work on healthcare project/process related with Insurance policy renewals, purchasing of health policy and will be turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the business requirements and delivering insights through data collection and analysis

- Responsible for mentoring a team directly on client deliverables in transactional and project based environment

- Work on healthcare project/process related with Insurance policy renewals, purchasing of health policy and will collecting and analyzing the data using Power-bi or Qlikview/Qlik sense and helping the business to take decisions.

- Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.

- Own accountability by being able to help the teams troubleshoot issues in projects on both technical and business side

- Should act as a very strong point of contact for escalations for the entire offshore team for any assigned client deliverables & giving effective presentations and training to all the stakeholders

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis and expertise in Advanced Excel, Power-bi or Qlikview/Qlik sense with knowledge of Health products for UK Markets (preferred)

- Knowledge of HBB, Case Management Tool (CMT) preferred

- Excellent communication skills, critical and analytical thinking is required

- Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills
