Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Finance

Financial & Business Planning :

- Formulate and Drive Business Plans / Strategies for the Market to operationalize the 1 year and 3 Year Plan

- Lead Annual Operating Plan and Forecasting ( Monthly / Quarterly) and reframing Year to Go to deliver goals for the year

Operational Execution and Reviews :

- Co-own the Business P&L and KPIs along with Business Teams

- Drive Operational Excellence thru deep dive analytics on Business Drivers and leading the change/execution with Operating Teams

- Hold fort on Key Business KPIs viz. Revenue, Margins, cash flow and Working Capital

- Crisp Presentations and creative visualizations explaining financial & business results

- Deliver key messages to Business leaders, Executive Committee and maneuver to a decision

- Business Case preparation for new products, investments

- Establish business intelligence reports and dashboards to streamline the financial and operations MIS across for the business

Processes / Automation :

- Champion simplification, standardization and automation opportunities and lead these projects

Book closing :

- Oversee Month closure procedure

Pre-qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of experience and having the below skills:

- Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills

- Proactive, takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
