Our client is a leading player into financial sector with national network with good rating in India
He/She would - Would be responsible to manage entire gamut of recruitment activities Pan India from sourcing to hiring including
- Talent Acquisition includes volume hiring/bulk hiring in non tech pan India
- Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
- Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success.
- Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team.
- Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the Business Partnering with the broader talent acquisition team for shared use of tools and resources.
- Managing and delivering reports and data when required.
- Should be Graduate or MBA with 5 to 12 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience in volume hiring/bulk hiring for non technical profiles as well as good in implementing recruitment strategies,ideas, policies and procedures.
- Hands on with Delivery (manages numbers/volume, process, Tools)
- Should be a self starter, passionate with excellent communication skills and rich experience in stakeholders management across all levels
