Assistant Manager/Manager - BPO Operations

Have an urgent opening from one of leading BPO in Delhi and they are looking for Assistant Manager / Manager position

1. Position is Manager / AM as per their profile experience.

2. Female candidate and preferably unmarried.

3. Must have knowledge of dialers and worked in outbound process either hardcore sales or up selling or Retention processes.

4. Must be less than 35 years of age and must be a graduate with very good communication skill.

5. Blend of both domestic and international experience will be an added advantage. Else domestic experience is also fine.

6. Must have handled a team strength of 75 plus agents. ( our team size to handle is 100 agents )

7. Must be good in people management and interpersonal skills.
