Assistant Manager/Manager/AVP - Statistical Modeling - BFS

1) Solid hands on experience in statistical modeling techniques (Regression, Clustering/Segmentation/Predictive Modeling)/strategy development/portfolio management, stakeholder management/Customer Retention, Customer acquisition/ Customer Retention/ Customer Insights/CRM Analytics etc.

2) Experienced in credit card, consulting, retail, marketing, PLCC, Loyalty Card/ financial services

3) Working knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms

4) Experience mentoring or managing direct report(s)

5) Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently

6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across cross-functional teams

7) Team player with the ability to mentor and manage junior resources

8) Proficient in SAS and/or SQL; minimum 10 years of experience. Strong technical skills

9) Strong analytic thought process and ability to synthesize and interpret findings

10) Proven ability to lead and work hands-on in complex analytical projects for Large customer base-

11) Proven expertise in high impact projects in Marketing analytics
