Assistant Manager/Manager - Audit & Taxation - CA - IT Captive

Position:Assistant Manager/Manager - Audit & Taxation (Leading MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Liaison with Statutory & Income tax auditors

- Filing of GST, TDS returns

- Remittance of TDS, Advance tax

- Filing of Quarterly returns and annual returns

- ROC Compliances for LLP

- SEZ rules and filings

Requirements:

- Experience 7 to 10 years Post qualification

- Education: CA

- Good knowledge of Audit and Taxation at a Captive or IT Company

- Knowledge and experience of GST, filing of returns, submission of refund claim application

- Knowledge of ROC Compliances

- Knowledge of SEZ Rules and Filings

- Knowledge on US GAAP and IGAAP
