To qualify for the role you must have :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Min 3 years post qualification experience

- Must have recent experience in 'Statutory Audit'.

Your key responsibilities :

- Qualified CA

- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS /US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients

- Candidate is expected to work closely with the Director / Partner to build client relationships

- Build and manage a team of Audit professionals

- Have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Statutory Audit in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms)

- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous/ long periods of time

- Have strong soft skills like leadership, inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written

Skills and attributes for success :

- Must have in depth knowledge of auditing & accounting standards along with good technical & industry expertise

- Should have handled statutory audit assignments earlier

- Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments & manage ambiguity

- Should have capability of handling audit assignments independently

- Strong leadership skills to deal with senior management, drive various meetings

- Problem solving and conflict management skills

- Ability to meet deadlines
