Assistant Manager/Manager - Alternative Offline Channels - FoodTech

We are looking for Assistant Manager/Manager - Alternative Offline Channels for a Food Tech company based out of Bengaluru.

- Conceptualise the strategy behind alternate sales channels

- Identify the most promising channels where our portfolio/ Access portfolio of brands could deliver

- Work on financial cases and business projections to deliver against these targets

- Build a business model, to deliver revenue goals in these channels

- Build a revenue model for each of the channels along with executional pilots and eventual scale up

- Look at global/ local learning to pilot a few alternate models to deliver our brands to the consumers when they experience their need states

- Build scaling up capabilities to ensure a fast ramp up of the model and delivering best in class consumer experience

- Manage a team of Sales and Execution reps who shall be executing sales in this model

- Build a team of sales reps, and executional team who shall deliver sales in each of the channels

This team would be accountable for creating relationship and harvesting them for continued sales delivery.
