Level : Assistant Manager / Manager  Reports to : Marketing Lead Direct Business  Location : Mumbai  Brief of Role : Manager - Affiliate Marketing  This is a PAN India level Role and involves execution of affiliate campaigns for Salary Advance (similar to Personal loans).  - Candidate is expected to maintain and execute the affiliate marketing campaigns,  - Analyse the campaigns and make result driven inferences.  The candidate is responsible for the following activities :   - Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of Affiliate marketing campaigns with several partners  - Strategize and run performance marketing led campaigns  - Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provide guidance for program optimization.  - Gather Market Intelligence on competitor activities on each product.  - Identify opportunities for applying new technologies and services to online campaign  Key Result Area for the role :  - Business achieved from the campaigns executed vs the cost of the campaigns  - Reach and awareness achieved through these campaigns  Key Skills required :  - Good analytical & creative skills, ability to learn  - Think out-side the box  - Ability to do result-driven Data Analysis  - Ability to connect with and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders  Typical Profile :  - Candidates with 1 to 5 years work experience in affiliate marketing (Preferable)  About Client :   Our client is one of India's leading diversified financial services company providing a broad range of financial products and services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and individuals.
