Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounts - Real Estate

Experience : 5+ years post qualification (Real Estate experience is mandatory)

CTC : upto 15 Lakhs

Job Description

- Preparation Financial Statements and finalizing the accounts

- Preparation of consolidated financials

- Filing of Income Tax Returns

- Handling Income Tax Scrutiny assessments

- Authorization of payment Vouchers

- Coordination with Internal auditors, statutory auditors & Income Tax consultant.

- Preparation of details required for RERA & other MIS.

- Should have team management experience

- Will be responsible to manage team of 2-3 members
