Position - Asst Manager / Manager - Accounts

PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS BY ACCOMPLISHING THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

- Prepayments, Accruals

- Processing Month End Transaction entries

- Nominal Ledger Scrutiny of all the Nominal Account codes to ensure that the transactions are accurately recorded in that month

- Roll forward of Management Accounts Template

- Run the Trial Balances - Monthly, Year to Date & up to previous year end

- Run the Nominal Activity report (for site review in CSV format)

- Telephonic Review of Management accounts with clients staff

- Preparation of Cash flow statement & projections

- Assisting in Budget preparation

- Preparation & update of forecast o quarterly basis

- Settling the Intercompany Balance by preparing the Fund Transfer Statement

- Responsible for import/export process and with regional tax laws.

Required qualifications and skills:

- CA / ICWA / M.com (Qualified)

- 8-12 years of experience in finance (post CA / ICWA / M.com qualification), preferably from an MNC, having dealt with different tax systems and financial norms of different countries

- Capable of leading few initiatives independently

- Go-getter attitude

- Strong financial terms and accounting understanding

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent English is a must

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Efficient at multi-tasking

- IT Savvy - Well versed with automated systems
