Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounting Advisory

- Reviewing Statutory Accounts under IFRS and US GAAP.

- Reviewing Reporting GAAP to Local Conversion

- Recognition and measurement (including disclosures)

- Working directly with the onshore engagement team on a daily basis to deliver work to onshore clients; Managing a team of staff to support the engagement delivery and managing staffing resource decisions as required for the engagement

- Training the staff on various US GAAP/IFRS/SEC Reporting guidance

- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on technical accounting matters (US GAAP/IFRS).

- Providing accounting advisory support and research to clients, including implementation assistance with new accounting standards

- Assisting with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC)

- Regulatory filings for spin-offs, carve-outs, initial public offerings (IPO), debt offerings, and other acquisition filings for both domestic and cross-border transactions
