Assistant Manager - Machine Learning - Model Development + Validation - BFSI

As a Data Scientist in the Model Validation and Tuning function, you will apply your broad skillset across data and analytics to understand business problems, create insights and envisage practical solutions within Risk Surveillance across several initiatives. You'll be responsible for the development, testing, implementation and tuning of detection capabilities and solutions within Risk Surveillance. The role is focused on using both established and emerging analytical capabilities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Risk Surveillance detection solutions.

- Model Validation

- Model Development

- FX models, equity models, ML Models

- Data science background

- Must have experience in tools like Python, AWS Cloud, Alteryx, SQL, SAS, ETL model building

- Must have data visualization skills in Power BI (Tableau is an alternative)

- Must have project management and stakeholder management skills

- Big data technology would be an added advantage

- A good balance between technical skills and soft skill
