- Manage a team of 4-7 people.
- Perform secondary research (Quantitative & Qualitative Research).
- Conducting company and industry research based on financial numbers and industry trends
- Review of work performed by other team members
- Preparation of :
a) Detailed company profiles (4- 10 pager)
b) Industry analysis and Opportunity papers
c) Pitch-books & benchmarking studies
- SWOT Analysis, Industry Research, Preparing reports
- Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward
- Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them
- Analysis of financial statements, Ratios etc.
- Strong knowledge of Financial/Business Modelling,Valuation is required.
- Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and client's expectations
- Evaluating the Mergers and acquisition that take place in the various sectors.
- Manages own time to budgets and communicates progress against plan to Project Lead
