Assistant Manager - M&A Tax & Regulatory - FMCD/Manufacturing Firm

In your role as an Assistant Manager in the M&A Advisory Team, you will assist the team manager on:

- Transactions, group reorganizations, tax efficient acquisitions and disposals of shares or businesses;

- Implementation of scheme of arrangement, scheme of amalgamation, capital reduction etc. through NCLT;

- In-depth analysis and research of direct tax laws & judicial precedents - Corporate Laws, SEBI Laws & Regulations, FEMA (inbound & outbound) and FDI Policy, Stamp Duty and allied laws;

Share buy backs;

- Inbound and outbound investment structuring;

- Vendor and buy side tax due diligence reviews and prepare detailed tax due diligence review reports.
