Assistant Manager - Legal - Real Estate

We are hiring for one of the largest Real Estate companies in India. The company has close to 30 years of history in creating world class projects encompassing the whole gamut of real estate covering residential, commercial and integrated townships.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time role for the position of Assistant Manager - Legal (Real-Estate) for One of the top Real Estate companies, located in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager - Legal (Real-Estate) will be responsible for assisting senior management in handling legal affairs related to real estate, including but not limited to the preparation of legal documents such as deeds, contracts, and leases.

- The Assistant Manager - Legal (Real-Estate) will also help in handling litigation matters, drafting of legal opinions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and liaising with government authorities, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in law from an accredited university

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate legal work

- Familiarity with legal document drafting and agreements.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tasks.

- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal processes in the real estate industry

- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
