Position - Assistant Manager - Legal

Experience - 2 to 4 years

Qualification - LLB ( Preferred from Campus LAW College Delhi or National LAW school Pune )

Job Responsibility :

- To provide pro-active legal support and advice to the business units and key stakeholders across the offices in India and to assist them in achieving their core strategic objectives while appropriately managing and mitigating the associated legal risks;

- Drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, MOUs for complex business transactions

- Negotiations with external parties for finalization of contracts;

- Drafting and vetting SLPs, writ petitions, written statements, appeals, plants, replications, counter-affidavits, defenses and legal notices etc;

- Interacting with cross-functional teams and external agencies/associations;

- To assist in litigation and work closely with colleagues, Advocates & advisors in working out the best possible legal solution for the organization;

- To regularly maintain and update Legal MIS and ensure maintenance of updated case records;
