key responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of client and vendor contracts.
- Planning the strategies and procedures for various Legal Action and Settling civil, labour and criminal cases.
- Liaising with Regulatory Authorities.
- Handling statutory compliance.
Desired Profile
- should be an LLB / LLM graduate
- should have 1 -2 years experience
- should be experienced in legal contract management, documentation, compliance, verification and excellent communication skills
