Job Specification :
- Drafting and vetting of documents.
- Litigation
- Work closely with business team to understand their needs and assist them in negotiating documents with third party.
- Render contractual related support to the litigation and regulatory teams.
Education : LLB
Experience : 3 years
Competencies : (Behavioral): Good in English, ability to handle pressure, hard working, quick turnaround, able to take additional responsibility.
Others : Would mainly be assisting Finance, Tax, FSD, Admin and HR Teams. So, would ideally like a person who has a fair knowledge of labour laws, tax laws, admin related documents such as property matters, car lease.
