Assistant Manager - Legal - LLB - Ceramics/Sanitary Ware Industry

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:

- Law Graduate having experience of at least 8-9 years with good knowledge of law of UAE and India, and with a strong background in day to day corporate advising, corporate governance, compliances, drafting, negotiating and executing contractual documents.

- Have at least 4 years relevant professional experience preferably with a Company which deals in UAE.

- Be fluent in English and demonstrate good drafting and negotiation skills.

- Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines and able to work independently as well as under the supervision of Vertical Lawyers.
