Assistant Manager - Legal Entity Control @ Global Bank

Our Client a leading Global Bank is looking for an Assistant Manager for their Legal Entity Control function in Gurugram responsible for the financial management and control of the firm's legal entities.

The ideal candidate should have exposure across the entire Legal Entity Control from setting up the legal entity, its management till the entity exit/closing.

- Will be responsible for the review of statutory financial statements, management of accounts and variance analysis

- Commenting on monthly variance in account balances and review of quarterly & annual tax compliance

- Coordinating the legal entity activities with other internal experts including Tax, Legal, Auditors and others

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 4 to 6 years of work experience

- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and the financial products

- Exposure to Legal entity controllership and analysis, management reporting, accounting skills
