Assistant Manager - Legal - Drafting/Vetting Contract - IT

Responsibilities:

- Drafting and vetting of Service agreements, MSA, PSA, NDA, Software license and Hardware procurement documentation.

- Drafting, review and settlement of facility leases, license and real estate documentation with Indian & global parties.

- Negotiating agreements and legal documents with global suppliers & vendors.

- Maintaining MIS of vendor & supplier contracts.

- Review of HR policies and legal documentation.

- Legal support in employment law and IR related matters.

- Legal support in sexual harassment complaints, ICC proceedings, harassment at work place and fraud matters.

- Conducting legal research.

- Support in Indian compliance program.

- Drafting and review of legal claims, defenses, petitions, police complaints, legal notices

- Handling customer, vendor, labour & facility related audits and departmental inspections.

- Inspection & verification of vendor compliance under applicable laws & rules.

- Maintenance of statutory records & registers under applicable laws & rules.

- Preparation and filing of statutory returns and reports with applicable departments.

- Obtaining registrations, renewals, permissions & licenses under applicable laws & rules.

- Handling matters before department of labour, labour courts and tribunals.

Industry Preference/ Target Companies: IT/ITES/Law firms.

Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
