- Understanding and knowledge of Companies Act, FEM
- Regulations, Labour laws
- Contract drafting
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Preparation of agenda, minutes for board & general meetings
2. Updating the statutory registers
3. Filing of forms with ROC
4. Vetting of contracts, NDA's
5. Assist in formulation of policies under Companies Act
6. FEMA Compliances
7. Filing of FC-GPR & FCTRS with RBI
8. Compliances under Labour laws
