Job Title: Assistant Manager Legal (Compliance)

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: LLB

Key responsibilities

- Compliance

- Business Advisory

Nature of the role:

- Compliance

- Should be strong in Employment laws (all labour law) and should have handled labour law compliances/issues/advises

- Should be strong and advise on business laws (Legal Metrology Act/FSSAI/Drugs Licence- etc

- Should be good in MIS/Tool in compiling compliance data and report to Audit/legal team on routine basis.

Business Advisory

- Contract Risk Management including monitoring compliance of the contract

- Identify non-compliance issues, provide implications, suggest available courses of action and support their resolution.

The ideal candidate must:

- Be an L.L.B./L.L.M from a top law school with 5-7 years of post-qualification

Experience

- Experience in E Commerce Industry is desirable.
