- Responsible for assisting in management of legal aspects of acquisition and resolution of financial assets by the Company which would include conduct of due-diligence, assist in drawing legal resolution plan, conducting/managing enforcement actions, litigation before courts and tribunals etc.   - Ensures management of vendors (legal related) engaged by the Company.   - Responsible for legal MIS and compliance related tasks.  Principal Responsibilities :  - To look after all legal aspects of operations of the company and assist in acquisition and resolution, finalization of acquisition related documentation with seller banks/FIs, registration of assignment agreements, trust deed (40%)  - Assist in conduct of arbitration/ litigation before arbitrator/DRT/DRAT/High Court/Supreme Court. etc. (preparing draft original applications, petitions, reply, rejoinders etc., coordination with advocates, briefing of advocates ensuring service of notices etc.) (40%)  - Would also be required to prepare a legal MIS (10%)  - Support in compliance task (10%)  Education : BA, LLB or LLM   Experience : 5+ years in Banks/ ARCs preferably in retail/SME loan recovery or Law firm/Litigation experience   Technical Skills :   - Knowledge of loan agreements, security documents, title deeds etc. Practical experience of handling/managing recovery litigation before DRT, DRAT, Civil Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and other forums.   - Briefing advocates/ senior counsels. Drafting of legal notices, plaints, applications and other court filings.   - Experience/knowledge of conducting enforcement actions under SARFAESI, winding up proceedings etc Along with Agreement drafting, regulatory reporting/compliance etc.
