Job Responsibilities : - To design and effectively implement the learning Strategy for Corporate Office &amp; Retail Stores with the objective to ensure the better readiness of the talent pool. - Lead the development programs for the store and participate in the talent development strategy for the stores in collaboration with the Operations team. - Analyze development needs, formalize priorities &amp; develop roadmap for action including curriculum design, development &amp; management. - Creating instructional content, storyline and learning design for impactful training content for our stores &amp; corporate office. - Review, edit, research, write, and update training materials (content outlines, participant materials, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, video scripts, group discussions, etc.) for in-person classroom learning - Train the regional trainers and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
