This role will support the organisational vision of establishing itself as a Learning organisation through design and deployment of critical Functional Academies across the organization and providing a sustained focus on bringing the 70:20:10 learning philosophy to life.
Functional Academy:
Key Responsibilities -
1. Support the Design and Deployment of Functional Academies within the organization.
2. Liaison with Stakeholders to identify and diagnose specific learning needs arising out of business objectives.
3. Work closely with Learning Head and Stakeholders to design holistic learning Framework keeping research as the basis for all discussions to ensure that learning needs are met in a sustained and effective manner.
Innovation & Modern Workplace Learning Practices
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research, Analyse and stay abreast with modern workplace earning practices in L&D
5. Bring to life Innovative learning practices at the organization particularly in the space of Game based learning, Social Learning and Digital. Learning to enhance and add value the learning ecosystem at the organization.
Essential Qualifications :
- Post-Graduation / MBA in HR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning function after post-graduation and total experience of minimum 4 years
