Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - Retail/FMCG/Mfg

Candidate -

1) Must be a Male only

2) ) Experience in working at warehouse/facility hub environment.

3) Post graduation (not mandatory)

4) Preferable experience in Retail, FMCG, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Food industries.

Open to travel or relocate to Binola (27kms from Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

- Consider the costs of planned programmes and keeping it within budgets; assessing and ensuring the return on investment of training conducted.

- Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs.

- Producing training materials for in-house courses

- Design and plan the Training Calendaring process.

- Conduct needs analysis, design scalable learning solutions, develop facilitator guides, job aids, web content, and evaluation strategies.
