Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - Plant Role - Kitchen Appliances Brand

We have 1 very urgent position in one of the best and established kitchen appliances brand :

Position : Asst. Mgr - Learning & Development ( Plant role )

Reporting : Plant HR Head & DGM-HR (Corporate)

Location : Vadodara

CTC : 7lac to 9lac approx ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Job Specification :

- Manage Learning & Development within approved budget

- Maintaining the Job/Role Definitions for all roles and skill inventory for all employees.

- Conduct Skill gap analysis & prioritize training needs for managerial as well as blue collar employees

- Develop & implement training calendar

- Measure training effectiveness periodically

- Deliver training

- Establish and maintain training standards. Ensure compliance to ISO Standards.

- Develop internal facilitators & continuously partner with them to ensure training delivery

- Support manufacturing team in implementing best in class manufacturing excellence practices such as TPM, QMS etc through robust L& D Systems

- Culture Building initiatives for all levels including workmen, Supervisors and Managers.

- Establish and implement People Operations processes in the shop floor; Initiatives to promote team work, safety, and enhance productivity.

- Ensure strong Employee Relations by creating various communication forums for employees (Small group meetings; Kaizen team, QC Circles), Welfare and Engagement of employees.

Requirements :

Candidates must be BE / B Tech + Masters in Social Work / MBA / Post Graduation in Human Resources discipline.

Preference : Candidates who can speak /read / write Gujarati ( preferred not mandatory ).

- 4 to 12 years of experience- of which, minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Learning & Development activities for Managerial, Supervisory and blue collar employees. Must have worked in manufacturing company at Plant level.
