Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - Manufacturing

We have an urgent requirement for the position of AM - Learning & development which is required from a large manufacturing setup. 

AM: L&D

Exp: 5 - 10

Location: North India

Essential Experience :

The candidate should have at least 5-10 years of experience in handling Learning & Development of Large Manufacturing Organization

Desired Qualifications

- Professional qualification of L&D from any Certified/Recognized institute.

- Experience of developing blended learning solutions including training, e-Learning and coaching

- Experience of designing, developing and delivering soft skills and management programmes

- Experience in managing performance appraisal processes

- Experience in supplier management and negotiating with external suppliers to achieve best value

- Experience of supporting the implementation of a competency framework and staff surveys

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Ability to utilise a diverse range of learning and development interventions

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with external providers

- Ability to work effectively with different internal and external stakeholders

- Good analytical skills, with a structured and methodical approach

- Highly organised with ability to project manage, multitask and meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail

- Ability to design and deliver L&D programmes

Essential Educational Qualifications

MSW/MPM/MBA in Human Resources
