Very urgent opening for the role of Assistant Manager Learning and Development, with a consumer durable Company.

Responsibility :-

To coordinate & conduct highly impactful plant visits for Architects, Builders, Dealers & Customers

To conduct plant visit for new joinees & employees

To take ownership of organizing & conducting meaningful & impactful plant visits for internal & external customers

To seek feedback from Architect / Builder / Customer / Dealer/Employees during plant visits & propose improvements to L&D head

To conduct product training program for new joinees as & when required

Strong hold in Product Training
