Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - Consulting Firm

Position Description:

- Design and implement contemporary interventions to enhance competency based soft skills, behavioral and leadership development interventions for employees across various levels

- Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in HR / Certifications in L&D / Instructional Design will be an added advantage

- Technical Qualifications: Strong domain knowledge of L&D - consult, diagnose, design, implement/facilitate and evaluate

- Experience: 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years of behavioural skills development

Organization Structure: Reports to Senior Manager

- Design and deliver programs/interventions to enhance behavioural skills of the employees

- Design relevant content for competency-based courses (soft skills, behavioural skills and leadership skills)

- Training content development
