PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations/Training III. Have strong working knowledge of L&D foundational concepts and processes IV. Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint V. Possess strong and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple audiences VI. Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills VII. Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the L&D function of a large multinational corporation VIII. Stand-up training experience of at least 3 years IX. Strong experience in managing projects of at least 2 years in the L&D function X. Have excellent written and spoken English skills XI. Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
