Assistant Manager-Learning & Developement
- 4+ Years of corporate training experience.
- Technical degree or relevant work experience required. (Preferably BTech+ MBA)
- Manage team file management, templates, training records and other project documentation.
- Supports Academy social media and engagement through different channels.
- Stakeholder management - proactively work across global and regional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated, end-to-end training experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring.
- Ability to create content independently for delivering the training programs and PeopleStrong Induction Program.
- Skilled in explaining technical concepts to adult learners and provide business-specific technical examples to make the learning relevant and practical.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels
- Be able to provide Demo's in a way that would help the learners grasp the concepts.
- Can co-relate the concepts with real time examples and bring in live project experiences.
- Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adept in Articulate will be add-on.
- Any Certification of training facilitation/content development gives you an added advantage.
