Roles & Responsibilities :

- Supports the global adoption of Lean at the organization by actively participating on Lean engagement activities (including but not limited to: Deep Dive Facilitation, Interviews, Value Stream Mapping, Data Collection and Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes and Effective Analysis, Time Studies, Workshops, etc.), driving Program activities, creating status reports and managing issues

- Supports Lean program strategy, implementation and education to drive global adoption (e.g. embedding Lean, Lean Designations, Share Your Lean Success, Forums / Mentoring Circles, Collaborate, Tool Development and Promotion)

- Actively participates on Lean Design engagements and initiatives (e.g. operating model design, end to end process reviews, risk and controls assessments and consulting engagements)

- Supports communication initiatives; leveraging consistent messaging

- Effectively communicates complex, conceptual information verbally and in writing, exercising tact, appropriately adjusting communications when interacting with varying levels in the organization, and projecting a leadership presence when interacting with all levels of management and clients

- Actively promotes Lean across the organization; participating in Lean forums and leveraging Collaborate

- Manages multiple priorities through to completion under tight deadlines, anticipate and manage through critical issues, effectively collaborating in the midst of ambiguity and tension, and realign priorities and deliverables to ensure milestones and targets are achieved

- Conducts quantitative analysis for the various Operating Model, Workload Balancing, Risk Mitigation and Continuous Improvement initiatives

- Supports the design of the target state vision

- Provides insights resulting from analysis that informs the target state design

- Perform quantifiable analysis that supports client recommendations

- Supports the development of complex data models (e.g. workload balancing, base lining)

- Resolve issues and prioritize actions in the absence of the direct manager Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance

- Manages own performance through engaging in the PPR process and attending relevant training, e.g. as per the development pathways

- Anticipates, monitors, actively manages and reports all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities

- Acts in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation

- Performs other duties as required

- Individual Contributor Role

Experience & Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree required (Masters a plus)

- 8+ years of professional experience; 3 - 4 years of related experience in Lean Management

- Proven experience developing and producing metrics-driven reporting

- Lean expert

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise :

- Expert in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint (Working knowledge of other MS applications preferred)

- Expert in date analysis

- Strong interpersonal, analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with, and present to all levels of management
