Contributing Responsibilities

- 1) Data Collections 

2) Static Data Setup

3) Trade File upload

4) Performing Reconciliation

5) Pricing Loads

6) Reconciliation Setup

7) Trade file setup

8) Scheduler Setup

- Ensure procedures are in place to effectively deal with exceptions and that they are reviewed, researched, documented and resolved in a timely manner.

- Consistently evaluate and update documented procedures to ensure they are complete, accurate and current.

- Preparation of Key/Standard Operating Procedures for each process migrated to Chennai Hub.

- Compliance with all internal organizational and business policies

- Troubleshoot issues of junior members and mentor / coach / buddy them

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Knowledge about Financial Instrument like Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options, Swaps, and ABS.

- Should have decent knowledge about Bloomberg, IDC & Reuters

- Should have decent knowledge about Excel - Pivots, financial functions

- Should have decent communication

- Should have exposure to Trade Operation platforms.

- Working knowledge of Advent Geneva is added advantage

- Strong hedge fund accounting and hedge fund reconciliation experience (understanding of process and business required).
